What happens if I don't buy anything?
It's completely fine. If you don't buy anything, you don't have to pay anything at all.
What is your returns policy?
While we hope you don't need to return anything, we offer free returns up to 7 days as long as all tags are intact and the item is not damaged.
Can I see the clothes before you bring them?
Unfortunately, we can't show you the exact pieces that we will bring as that depends on the availability at the time of your appointment. However, we will bake in your preferences and everything will be from brands relevant to you!
And if you don't like what we bring, you don't have to pay anything!
Can I choose which 20-25 clothes you will bring?
While you can't choose the exact pieces we bring, you can tell us your brand preferences and what you are looking for. And we will bring clothes that suit your preferences.
