Return Policy
At Zoddle, our goal is to make kidswear shopping simple, stress-free, and flexible for parents. While we take care to curate only the best pieces for you, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- You may return or exchange any purchased item within 7 days of receiving it.
- Unfortunately, after 7 days, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
For a return or exchange to be accepted:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when purchased.
- It must be in its original packaging (tags intact, boxes/pouches if applicable).
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be able to process returns in the following cases:
- If the item is returned after 7 days.
- If the item has been worn, washed, or damaged.
- If the original tags/packaging are missing.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
- In case of an exchange, we will coordinate with you to provide a suitable replacement piece.
- For special or limited edition items, refunds may be provided as a Zoddle credit note (valid for your next purchase).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of purchase.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share a photo or short video of the item highlighting the issue.
6. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Simply contact our team via WhatsApp (+91 8088036107), and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Our representative will arrange a convenient pickup or exchange at your doorstep.
